Stone Ice Cream

The slab of stone is made of granite and kept frozen at a chilly 16 degrees Fahrenheit. Granite is incredibly heat resistant, along with being pretty much impossible to chip or scratch, so it makes it a perfect candidate to embrace and keep the cold, providing a slab of literal cold stone for ice cream to be mixed on.

Sundae Ice Cream

Sundae is a desert that is created from ice-cream but these days it is considered as a separate frozen treat. The origin of the term ‘sundae’ is unknown, but it is usually considered as a variation of Sunday, the day of the week. Roll Ice Cream

The liquid mixture is stirred to incorporate air spaces on an ice pan and simultaneously cooled to -20°C. Once the rolling process is complete, the result is rolls of smooth, semi-solid ice cream or gelato. The rolls are placed in a vertical position in an ice cream cup, topped off with various toppings and decorations, and eaten with a spoon.
The product is made with a milk base combined with various fresh ingredients and different toppings served alongside this dessert. The main ingredients include the liquid base, which is commonly milk or soy milk and comes in generic flavours, such as vanilla, chocolate, coffee, and strawberry. The base flavour could be left as is, or extra ingredients can be added, such as fruit, cookies, chocolate, and brownies. These ingredients plus extract powder or syrups are used to create the flavour.

Liquid nitrogen ice cream begins like any ice cream: cream, milk, vanilla, sugar and any add ins. Then you add the liquid nitrogen to the equation. This is where the fun begins and the cool fog billows out of the mixer.
Since the ice cream can be made in a matter of moments, this allows customers to customize their own ice cream and see it made right in front of them.
Freezing the cream and milk mixture with liquid nitrogen prevents large ice crystals from forming. This is what makes this type of ice cream so creamy.
